A standing project for the next several months is a concert presentation of the music from Touch – a musical that ran Off-Off-Broadway in the 1970-71 season. Jim wrote music for several of the songs and was the original Musical Director. The Original Cast Album was nominated for a 1972 Grammy. Check out /touch2

Here is a String Quartet that I wrote back in 1979 as performed at a recital I did at
FSU way back then. It’s pretty neat, includes a lot of improvisation interspersed
with the notes written in the score. It is called “Pair of Deuces”,
scored for Violin and Cello vs. Viola and Bass.
